St George Island

The week after July 4th Nana and Pa took all the Comerford's to St George Island. It was our first trip there and it was wonderful! There is not a lot to do on the island and that makes it wonderful. No crowds and no traffic = happy girl! And the coolest thing is that there are seashells everywhere. Big ones! It was really neat.

Once again Amelia did not like the beach. She tolerated it for a few days, but she would rather float in the pool or play in the water hose. But seriously, if you couldn't walk and just had to sit there with sand going up your swim diaper, would you like the beach? Probably not! We will try again next summer.

We relaxed, ate A LOT, put together puzzles, watched movies and had coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. It was a great week!
